I began a huge project with very limited Blue prints. Half way through the job I realized I had made the worst mistake anyone in the construction business could possibly make………I had no way of completing such a huge project. I put the unfinished building up for sale. Tommy was referred to me by Bob Trezek of Farmers insurance in Palos Heights. Tommy has been Bob’s personal construction manager for years. Tommy single handedly took on this project that was honestly bigger than building a new custom home. Tommy brought over all of his own men from the plumber, to the electrician, to the heating and air team, to the drywall men, right down to the finish carpenters and painters. Every man that tommy brought to my building was absolutely perfect. Tommy is the only man I know that was willing to save my project and I can never repay him for his services.
